Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and delivery location.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days for standard shipping within the United States.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
- Orders are shipped from our international warehouses. Delivery to the USA usually takes 10–20 business days. Other countries may take 15–30 business days.
Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. (We may expand this in the future!)
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Issues

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, holidays).

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@theloyalbridge.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
